Store Policies

Fabulous Designer Sunglasses offers the following Returns Policy: Here at Fabulous Designer Sunglasses it is our number one priority to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, however, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy. Please make sure all conditions are met to expedite the processing of your refund or exchange.

Your returned purchase must be unused, unworn, and undamaged. All returns are visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear before the refund or exchange is issued. A refund or exchange may be delayed or denied if we do not receive the product in the same condition it was when shipped.

Your returned product must also be sent in the original packaging and include any inserts and/or accessories. Any missing inserts or accessories will render the product incomplete and delay the processing of your exchange or refund.

Finally, in order for any refund or exchange to be processed, you will require a Return Authorization Number prior to the transaction. You may receive a Return Authorization Number by contacting customer service at fabulousdesignersunglasses@yahoo.com or via telephone at (262)203-7171 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm CST. We must receive your request no more than ten (10) days after your receipt of the order.

All refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days. Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles, depending on the refund policy of your credit card company.
